The Villa is really neat and clean
Mobile signal at this place is Zero and you have to struggle to make or receive calls.
We enjoyed the place otherwise and u must have a vehicle yo stay at this place , there is nothing available in 4 kms radius.
If you want to just relax then this is the place

Villa manager Manoj is very helpful in giving genuine contacts for rent a car and Airport pick &drop services.

We had the most pathetic experiences from the time we checked in. No proper water supply, No Wifi. Manager and staff are very arrogant and dont care about kids, women and make them wait for hours before checkin. They just talk about money and rules, without showing little humanity. And show full attitude as if they are giving rooms for free. No greetings, No Welcoming, No smiles on their faces, which is very bad, being in such hospitality service.
If we complaint about something which is not working then they get angry.

Its very far from the beaches and main locations.
Very interior in some kind of forest. Food is expensive and in very less quantity. Room service does not clean rooms daily. Its a very unclean bitter, unhappy experience. I would definitly not recommend this hotel to anyone

We had booked villa with private pool i.e Villa number 34. Mr Vivek and Manoj was very kind enough to provide us this villa for our group. The property is nicely constructed and maintained by the team. Villa was very neat and tidy. we had great time.
Please note since the neighbours of few rented villas are permanent residence , no party events, loud noise is tolerated. in fact the place is so quite you can really feel refreshing and quaint

Beautiful place and location.well maintained.staff are helpful and friendly.
Good place for a family or group to stay. Villas are well kept and the air conditioning works brilliantly.
Housekeeping is an issue though, if u do not notice they do not change the bed linen even on the third day. They just dust and place the same back. I had to literally tell the housekeeping guy and he argued saying we change it alternate days. He wasn’t even aware that it was the third day today. Cleaning is not at all up to the mark. Food menu needs an update in choices and quantity.

On seeing the photos online, we instantly liked this place and without a second thought we booked a room here. Our excitement was short-lived though - lasted only till we reached there. Except for the quaint surroundings, nothing is pleasant. The cold attitude of reception staff doesn't make it a memorable stay whereas the room services is pathetic. For basics like toiletries, towels we had to call and follow up many times. Breakfast spread was good. We were also asked to pay a security deposit (strange though) which was nowhere mentioned at the time of booking. When asked why this wasn't informed earlier, they said our contact details was with the vendor and hence they couldn't contact us, which doesn't seem like a legit response. Nevertheless if they improve on these, it's a good place to stay.
